Privacy for GOBAN updates
This notice explains how GOBAN and F2B handle information submitted through GOBAN's soft-opening signup form.
What we collect
We collect the email address you provide, and, if you choose to provide them, your name and mobile phone number. We also collect your SMS consent choice, signup page/source details, IP address, browser or device information, and timestamps needed to keep consent, confirmation, unsubscribe, security, and abuse-prevention records.
How we use it
We use this information to send a confirmation email, manage GOBAN opening updates, record your consent choices, honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and understand which signup sources are working.
Who controls it
GOBAN controls the guest relationship for this signup list. F2B operates the website, contact-capture, email, and consent-record systems as GOBAN's platform service provider.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers only as needed to run the website, send email, maintain consent and suppression records, secure the service, and operate the platform.
Retention
We keep contact and consent records while they are needed to operate the soft-opening list, honor confirmations and unsubscribes, prevent abuse, and keep legally relevant consent or suppression evidence. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we may keep limited suppression or consent evidence so we do not contact you again improperly.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any GOBAN email. If SMS updates are enabled later, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. You can also use the request path in this privacy notice to ask for access, correction, deletion, or help with your signup information.
