Information and purposes
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. The site and its hosting services process technical request information, such as browser information and request logs, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The sections below describe any additional services enabled here.
Website assistant
If you use the automated assistant, F2B processes your messages and conversation context to generate replies, with the configured AI service provider. Replies may be inaccurate; confirm consequential details with the site operator. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your question.
Inquiries, bookings and orders
When you submit an inquiry, join a waitlist, book or order through an enabled service, we process the contact details, selections, answers and transaction records you provide to respond and deliver that service. We send service messages about your request or transaction. The form and the transaction's own policies explain any additional information or conditions.
Service email
We use Postmark to deliver confirmations, reminders, invoices and other service messages for the actions you take. Delivery, bounce and complaint events help us operate delivery and suppress unsuitable addresses. Service email is separate from optional marketing subscriptions.
Waitlist text messages
If you choose SMS when joining GOBAN's waitlist, we use your phone number and waitlist status to send service updates through Twilio. Message frequency depends on your waitlist visit; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of that sender's text messages. For help, contact gwadyj@gmail.com. Choosing SMS does not subscribe you to marketing; reading this notice does not give consent.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is available to authorized site operators and F2B personnel who operate the service, and to the hosting, communication and other service providers needed for the features you use. We may disclose information where required by law or to address fraud, misuse or disputes. External websites you choose to visit operate under their own notices.
Storage and retention
Where a website feature uses cookies or browser storage, they support that feature and your choices. We keep records for operating the service, support, security and applicable legal obligations. Retention and deletion depend on the record and those obligations; a request does not erase required evidence. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
